Laboratory data, in context of clinical care, registries, and clinical trials, are the test results obtained from laboratory tests. Laboratory tests analyze a patient’s sample of blood, urine, or body tissues to help diagnose disease or other conditions. Laboratory tests may also be used to monitor disease or symptoms progression.
