Screening Trials

Screening trials test new ways for detecting diseases or health conditions. More precisely, a screening trial is designed to assess or test the efficacy of devices, techniques, procedures, or tests to detect the presence of disease or condition (or risk factors for a disease or condition), usually before there are any symptoms.
